What this changes at the desk
Today a reservation arrives as a free-text message, so someone at the front desk writes back for dates, pet sizes and vaccine records, then has to remember to ask every family about their next stay.
This moves that work to the guest's side of the counter. The request arrives complete, the guest gets an instant confirmation, and a rebooking reminder goes out on its own after every checkout. The team starts the day with one screen of arrivals, departures and the few families who need a personal call.

Fewer back-and-forth messages per booking, and repeat stays prompted without anyone having to remember. A design goal, not a measured result.
