Sieve Refactor Track
The top-level Sieve project is represented in O+K as status and source-of-record context while it waits for a real product refactor.
Sieve has graduated out of the archive into its own top-level project folder, so O+K should treat that repo as the source of record rather than the old archive copy.
The existing browser prototype is useful evidence, but it needs a larger refactor before O+K should present it as launchable.
Future work should decide the durable service boundary for lists, votes, segments, and ratings before wiring it into the shared O+K account and entitlement system.
